For booking, we require 50% deposit, refundable up to 4 days before event date. Date change is possible subject to availability. Booking is possible via online bank transfers, payment links, cash, or by visiting our office in Al-Quoz. 

We work on preparing all our customized items and materials for the birthday party.

We will ensure the availability and cleanliness and safery of all the party rentals you have booked with us.

Our operations team will ensure to be there at your event before time to set up everything before the party start time.

Normally, we can finish any birthday party set up in 3 to 4 hours. Therefore we prefer to come up to 4 hours before party start time to the given venue.

There are not early set up or late pick up charges. We undestand that sometimes some clients will stay longer at the birthday parties, and hence we are open to delay the pick up of the party rentals till after the guests leave.

The set up team can vary based on the type of decoration, party rentals and services required. However a team of 2 to 5 persons is what is normally a set up team for the birthday party.

During the event, a team is present to carry out the services you have booked for such as game hosts, face painters, live station attendants, etc.

it is true that sometimes hiring freelancers can be more cost-effective, but not always.

Freelancers do not have a variety of themes and services available and also can sometimes cancel due to sickness or choosing another gig with higher pay.

For Dubai, there is AED 150 delivery charges. For Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain, the delivery charges are AED 300.

Yes we can arrange all female attendants to be present during the party. However some items are too heavy to carry and might require men for set up. Please discuss this with our customer service team at the time of booking.
